Circles with Shannon Cotterill

Shannon is a qualified Level 2 Sister Circle Facilitator specialising in cycles of the Moon, rites of passage for women & pagan Wheel of the Year rituals. Shannon creates a safe, nurturing space for ceremony and connection, and has a passion for guiding others to tap into their own divine wisdom and healing.

“By taking the time to tap into our own cycles, and those of the Moon, the Sun, and the seasons - we are not only honouring ourselves, but we honour Mother Earth. A soul deep remembering of The Old Ways - of ritual, of knowledge and connection to our community.”

Shannon was excited to open the doors to her brand new custom built studio on the Central Coast in January 2023. It’s a peaceful location nestled on acreage where everyone can gather for circle work & pagan pottery classes. This space has been created with the intention of bringing the community together in ritual and creativity.

All are welcome (and no you do not need to be pagan or a practicing witch to attend), please see the ‘Book Studio Workshops & Circles’ page for my current events. Spaces are limited to provide a safe & nurturing environment.

Shannon is an absolute gem, not only as a facilitator but as a human in general. She innately holds space for the feminine is such a safe and beautiful way.
Shannon hosted my maiden-to-lover transition circle before my wedding, and I was thrilled with it. It was easily the best part of the lead-up to my wedding.
I had felt a lot of turbulence in the weeks and even the hours before the circle, but from the moment Shannon cleansed me with sage and I entered the space she so thoughtfully and intentionally created, I became present and positive on a profound level.
The women present were also in awe of Shannon and her ability to create and hold sacred space. We all felt the shift in consciousness and the benefits of connecting in circle.
I cannot recommend having Shannon host a transition circle more highly.
